📌 Return Policy
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept refund.
Each item is custom-made based on your specific requests—including names, text, designs, and other personalized features. These products are uniquely crafted and cannot be resold, so we are unable to process returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect personalization provided by the customer.

Return Packaging: We do not accept any damaged returned items. Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged, unstained, and that there are no missing items in the package. If any of the above situations occur, we will not be able to accept your request for a return.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are available only in cases of quality issues (e.g., damaged item, misprint, missing personalization).
If you would like to make changes to a non-defective item, we can offer paid modifications and reshipping services upon request.

✅ Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Within 30 Days
Email our customer service team at service@forlovever.com with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
Exchange Review & Approval
Our team will review your request. Whether approved or declined, we will notify you via email.
Replacement Shipping
Once approved, we will send out a replacement product at no extra cost if the issue is due to a quality defect.
Delivery
The new item will be shipped to the same address as your original order unless otherwise requested by you at the time of exchange.
⚠️ Please do not send any product back to the original sender address. Return shipping addresses (if needed) will be provided via email.
💰 Fees & Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of replacement and shipping.
For non-quality-related modifications (e.g., customer-requested design changes), additional charges may apply, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.
⏱ Refunds
We do not offer refunds for personalized items. If your order was canceled or failed to be fulfilled due to our internal error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days.
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
