Q1:Can custom items be returned or refunded?
A: Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return for change-of-mind reasons. For defects or our errors, contact us within 1~3 days; after verification we will offer reprint, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Q2:How do I request an exchange/quality claim and what information is needed? How long does it take?

Include order number, recipient name, description, clear photos (close-up + full), and desired resolution (reprint/exchange/refund).

We begin review within 12–24 hours and will advise next steps. If approved, replacement shipping for defects is covered. Refund timelines depend on payment method (card: ~2–5 business days; PayPal: ~1–3 business days). Do not send returns without instructions.
Q3:What if an item is damaged, missing, or has wrong customization?
A: Report damaged/missing/wrong items within 1~3 days with photos, including packaging photos for shipping damage. We will investigate and provide replacement or refund per policy.
Q4:What if I’m unhappy with the appearance but it’s not a defect? Will you compensate?
A: Change-of-mind dissatisfaction is not eligible for return. In certain cases we may offer a goodwill partial refund (up to ~20%) or a discount for future purchases. If you suspect a workmanship defect, submit photos for evaluation.
