Q1: How will you use the photos I upload (including human and pet portraits), and how is my privacy protected?

A: At forlovever, we treat your personal images—whether they are portraits of yourself, your loved ones, or your pets—with the highest level of confidentiality.

Strictly Limited Use: Your uploaded photos are used exclusively for order fulfillment, custom design creation, and internal quality control. We do not sell, rent, or share your images with any unauthorized third parties.

Marketing Consent: We will always seek your explicit written permission before using any customer images (especially human portraits) for marketing, social media, or advertising purposes. You have the right to remain anonymous, and we can blur or anonymize images upon request.

Secure Storage & Deletion: All files are stored on secure servers. Once your order is completed and the 30-day exchange window has passed, you may request the immediate deletion of your uploaded images from our records.
