Q4：What shipping options and fees are available? What is the free shipping threshold?

Q5: Who pays for customs duties/import taxes? Will they be displayed during checkout? Can they be prepaid?
A: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply depending on their local regulations.

Q6：Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or remote islands?
A： We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or certain remote islands/areas where major couriers cannot deliver. Please provide a standard street address.

Q7：When will I get a tracking number? What if tracking doesn’t update?
A： Tracking is emailed after shipment. Carriers may take 2–12 hours to update tracking. If you haven’t received tracking after the expected ship window, check spam or your order page, then contact service@forlovever.com for assistance.
